Book an Appointment

Please make sure to read through the “Info” page as well as the studio polices before proceeding with booking. All appointments require a $50-100 non-refundable deposit (price dependent on service) to secure your spot. Deposits will be taken out of the final cost of your procedure. All remaining payment is due the day of the appointment. After the service is performed, there are no refunds permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and we want to work with you if you need to cancel your appointment. Clients must cancel their appointment minimum 24 hours beforehand to avoid losing their deposit. If client cancels less than 24 hours before appointment, client is responsible for paying a new deposit to secure an appointment. If client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before appointment more than once, client will be charged an additional non-refundable rescheduling fee of $50 as well as a new deposit.

Late Policy

If you are going to be late, please contact us to let us know. Clients who are 15+ minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and will need to reschedule to a future date. No exceptions are made. Please make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find the studio and parking. There is no designated parking lot, we use street parking only. There are generally plenty of open spots behind the building within the neighborhood.

No Show Policy

Clients who no show to scheduled appointments and fail to notify the business will lose their deposit. If the client wishes to reschedule, another non-refundable $50 retainer fee will be due before the appointment date.

General Studio Policies

Full payment is due the day of your appointment. We accept cash and card, however cash is preferred.

At this time, we are allowing clients the choice to determine whether or not they would like to wear a mask during the appointment. For your safety and sanitation, service providers wear masks during the entirety of the appointment. If you are receiving lip blush or freckle treatments, you may remove your mask directly before your procedure.

Please keep in mind that in order to keep beautiful results, cosmetic tattoos require annual maintenance and care. Your artist will guide you on how to best care for your tattoo, and touchups are required to keep your desired look.
